Asset Manager#26-05609 Charlotte, NC Minneapolis, MN Onsite Contract Starts 6/05/2026 Ends 6/03/2028 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. This role is part of the Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team and is responsible for ensuring all devices on the network are identified and documented accurately in the ServiceNow inventory System of Record. The consultant will lead the effort to triage, assign, and track remediation for hardware discrepancies, partnering with asset owners to maintain an accurate inventory critical for security and vulnerability response efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute to remediate asset discrepancies Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solvingplex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or rmendations Evaluate feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional support teams to make appropriate decisions Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff Daily review of new and outstanding data attributes produced within the ServiceNow database and use analysis to make identification and assignment of items to be tracked Work with key Asset Class Owner (ACO) stakeholders to continually review assigned tasks and drive to remediation Provide asset expertise to distributed support resources assigned to resolve tasks and ensure timely remediation Perform recurring analysis of the data to identify trends for potential logic updates or gaps in processes or tools Maintain awareness of needed ServiceNow tool opportunities and participate in the Agile development process Produce necessary data for leadership to calculate key metrics

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience 1+ years of ServiceNow experience 1+ years of working knowledge of IT Infrastructure (managing, supporting, or implementation) and/or network topology Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Experience with Asset Management Desired skills: Collaborative experience with strongmunication skills to work with a diverse and distributed team Knowledge of Inventory/asset management Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including both hardware and virtual machines Understanding of network topology to a minimum level of IP addresses and networks Experience in an agile development environment Reporting experience to include use of Excel and creation of dashboards and managing key metrics Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
