Job Description
A leading global financial services firm seeks an experienced Asset Services Manager III to lead its Corporate Actions Voluntary Processing function within Asset Servicing. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven corporate actions professional with deep experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of voluntary events in a high-volume securities processing environment. This role is focused on true voluntary processing-not announcement capture or middle-office coordination-and requires direct experience with depositary operations, including elections, settlements, entitlements, and counterparty interaction across U.S., Canadian, and Latin American markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the Voluntary Corporate Actions processing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and controlled execution Oversee election submissions, confirmations, exception resolution, and settlement Manage stock record impacts, entitlement calculations, postings, and reconciliations Coordinate directly with custodian banks, depositories, and counterparties Communicate processing outcomes to Middle Office, Client Service, and trading desks Partner with Announcement Capture to ensure accurate event review and client notifications Support the transition to a new global Asset Servicing Engine in partnership with technology and change teams Required Experience & Qualifications Voluntary Corporate Actions Processing (Critical Requirement) Candidates must have hands-on experience with voluntary corporate actions, including: Managing or directly supporting voluntary event processing Election submission through settlement Strong stock record and entitlement knowledge Counterparty and custodian interaction Equity and fixed income corporate actions experience Candidates limited to announcement capture, vendor coordination, client portals, or middle-office support will not be considered. Additional Requirements 5+ years of direct voluntary corporate actions processing experience Strong knowledge of DTC (HUB, Smart Track, CNS) and Euroclear FINRA Series 7 or 99 required (SIE required)
