Job Description

The Asset and Contract Manager is responsible for asset management across CHDC's portfolio of buildings, as well as the administration of city and state contracts. This includes insurance monitoring, violation resolution, monitoring, and reporting, contract applications, documentation, and compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
