Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Digital Asset Technology Program/Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative digital asset initiatives and drive structured execution from strategy to production readiness. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, payments, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the execution of digital asset initiatives, focusing on stablecoin and tokenized deposit use cases. Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress across various workstreams. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of project components. Prepare executive-level updates and presentation materials to communicate progress and strategic decisions. Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and risk teams to integrate evolving guidance into program plans. Skills Extensive experience in technology program or project management within financial services or payments. Proficiency in managing cross-enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Skills Experience with digital assets, stablecoins, or modern payment systems. Familiarity with bank operating environments and regulatory constraints. Experience in coordinating pilots involving emerging technologies and fintech partners.
