Consulting Manager - Asset Servicing SME (Securities Operations)

About the Role As a Consulting Manager - Asset Servicing Subject Matter Expert (SME) , you will play a critical role within our securities Operations practice. Acting as a trusted SME, you will support complex asset servicing events, enable operational excellence, and partner with business and technology stakeholders across the Eagle platform. You will be a key advisor to operations teams and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across asset servicing functions. In this
Role, You Will:
Serve as an SME for asset servicing processes including corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliations Support resolution of complex asset servicing events and operational issues Drive process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client outcomes Partner with technology teams to support system enhancements, particularly within Eagle platform environments Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and operations staff Contribute to transformation initiatives across securities operations What You Must Have to
Be Considered:
Experience in asset servicing / securities operations within financial services Strong domain knowledge across corporate actions, dividends, income processing, and trade lifecycle Experience working with Eagle platform or similar asset servicing systems Proven ability to manage complex operational issues and act as an SME Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a consulting or client-facing environment Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
These Will Help You Succeed:
Prior consulting experience in a global consulting firm Expertise in process transformation or automation initiatives Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in asset servicing Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments Work Model • We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at the client location in Monsey, New York . • The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on project and business needs. Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Compensation Salary Range:
USD $110,000 - $129,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
