Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or library sciences within a creative agency, brand, or entertainment studio. Deep understanding of static creative workflows, including design systems, localization, and presentation deck iteration. Proficiency with standard creative fi le types (PSD, AI, Keynote, PDF, highres photography). Experience migrating large volumes of data into enterprise DAM systems and building intuitive taxonomy models from scratch. Description:
Taxonomy & Metadata Tagging:
Own the metadata schema for your designated lines of business. Ensure every final asset, template, and strategy deck is tagged with 100 percent accuracy upon project wrap.
Source of Truth Governance:
Maintain clear separation between "Source Templates" (core design systems) and "Executional Templates" (daily working fi les). Lock down root folders and manage user permissions to prevent accidental deletion or unauthorized access.
Ingest & Archiving:
Act as the final quality control checkpoint for assets moving from active development environments into our enterprise asset management platform. Ensure naming conventions and folder structures strictly adhere to global standards.
Search & Retrieval:
Act as the primary librarian for the creative team, fulfilling search requests for historical assets, localized variations, and past campaign decks.
Onboarding & Training:
Train new designers, producers, and external vendors on our fi le management best practices, folder structures, and DAM navigation.
Workflow Development & Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows, identifying efficiencies and ideating enhancements to our asset management processes as you become familiar with how everything functions.
