In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of asset liquidation, from data collection and financial analysis to executing successful auctions that maximize value. Your expertise in technical accounting, financial modeling, and industry-specific knowledge will drive efficient asset recovery while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence asset management strategies within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Duties Lead the planning and execution of industrial asset auctions, ensuring maximum exposure and optimal sale outcomes Conduct comprehensive data collection and quantitative research to assess asset values accurately Develop detailed financial models to support valuation and decision-making processes Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external auction platforms to streamline operations Prepare clear and professional financial reports, including analysis of auction results and asset valuations Apply technical accounting principles to ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting standards, and industry regulations Manage all aspects of auction logistics, including cataloging assets, scheduling events, and overseeing onsite or virtual auction activities Requirements Proven experience in industrial asset management, auction operations, or related fields with a focus on large-scale equipment or machinery Strong background in accounting practices, including technical accounting and tax experience relevant to asset disposition Proficiency in financial software tools used for modeling, data analysis, and reporting Expertise in financial concepts such as valuation techniques, financial analysis, and report writing Ability to perform detailed mathematical calculations and quantitative research with precision Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with stakeholders across departments Knowledge of litigation processes related to asset disputes or legal proceedings involving industrial assets Join us to be a vital part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovative asset management solutions.
