The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals to handle the physical integrity of a diverse asset base over a wide geographic area. The ability to handle both internal/external resources and demonstrate safety as a priority are keys to success! Responsibilities/Expectations:
Performs day to day integrity activities for pipeline assets including: pipeline integrity management plans, corrosion control and internal inspection programs and pipeline inspection for business-critical assets Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees Leads teams who design, implement and update programs/initiatives that improve asset integrity for the business units Plans and programs regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies at state and federal levels Performs risk studies, assessments, plans, analysis to assess and handle the physical risk of the assets Supports due diligence, asset integration including performing corrosion control, direct assessment, hydro testing, and threat reviews & evaluations Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and minimum of eight (8) years of engineering, operations or related experience, minimum of five (5) years in pipeline integrity and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a lead project role(s)
Other Requirements:
Valid state driver's license with a good driving record Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority
