Must Haves:
Willingness to travel•TMX wants to utilize them on deployments across the country Experience in asset management or field operations Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with asset tracking tools and reporting systems.
Onboarding Requirements Background Check:
7-year history; no felonies or violent misdemeanors
Education Verification:
High school diploma or GED required
Employment Verification Drug Screening:
10-panel test
Required Immunizations/Labs:
Tdap MMR Varicella Hepatitis B TB test Flu vaccine
References:
Two completed reference checks Valid driver's license
Day-to-Day:
Oversee field operations related to asset management, including asset tagging, tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise field teams performing asset tagging and inventory management. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of asset-related tasks. Maintain accurate records of assets using designated tools Monitor compliance and address any discrepancies in asset data. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on asset status and field activities. Support open enrollment and survey communications as needed.
Qualifications :
Experience in asset management or field operations preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with asset tracking tools and reporting systems.
