This role will work closely with Development, Product Stakeholders, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of asset inventory initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations. This position involves gathering business and technical requirements from stakeholders including executive leadership, operations teams, customers, and development teams, while managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects related to Asset Management, Inventory Management, SaaS platforms, or Supply Chain software solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Asset Inventory related projects from planning through implementation and post-production support Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables Become a subject matter expert on asset inventory workflows, customer use cases, and operational processes Facilitate communication between Development, QA, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, status reports, and project documentation Coordinate Agile project activities including sprint planning, backlog reviews, and stakeholder meetings Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies Assist in defining workflows, process improvements, and operational efficiencies for inventory and asset tracking initiatives Partner with QA teams to validate functional requirements and ensure project deliverables meet business expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and balance stakeholder needs Track and report key project metrics and performance indicators Support implementation, rollout, and user adoption activities for inventory and asset management solutions Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively Create and maintain standard project documentation including business requirements, project plans, meeting notes, workflows, and status reports Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders on project priorities, resource planning, and strategic initiatives
Must Have Skills/Education/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Inventory Management or Asset Management Software 5-7 years of experience managing projects within the Supply Chain, Asset Management, or SaaS software industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in a Project Management, Technical Project Manager, or Program Coordinator role Experience managing software implementation or operational projects from initiation to completion Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Operations, and Leadership Experience tracking project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills Significant knowledge of SaaS platforms and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with inventory management systems, asset tracking solutions, or supply chain software Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce Nice to
