IT Asset Administrator Caliber - 2.9 Lewisville, TX Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary Coordinates purchasing and inventory management related to the organization's information technology assets Essential Job Duties Works with third party vendors for hardware and software purchases to include copiers, printers, and multipurpose machines. Works closely with accounts payable personnel in the coding and payment of IT purchases. Provides information to management to determine status of assets. Interacts with Help Desk team, Infrastructure & Operations team, and internal customers receiving new IT equipment. Ensures that returned products under warranty are repaired and refurbished in accordance with product warranties. Ensures compliance with test, repair and inspection of repaired PC's and related equipment. Manages inventory for required materials, product, parts and supplies to achieve daily customer service needs. Orders support consumable supplies and materials. Other duties as assigned Skill/Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience Detail oriented Effective written and oral communication/interaction skills Must have strong organizational skills Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
