We're looking for a Loan Officer who thrives on developing strong client relationships while managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial real estate loans. In this role, you won't just evaluate deals you'll help shape them. 💼 What You'll Do This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same.

You'll:

Grow your portfolio by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones Meet with business clients, understand their needs, and structure smart lending solutions Analyze financials, cash flow, and credit risk to make sound lending decisions Prepare and present loan packages for approval Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk and portfolio quality Work with clients to resolve issues, including delinquencies or loan restructuring Partner across the organization by referring clients to other banking services Represent the bank at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Contribute to projects, committees, and initiatives that support the Lending Division 🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit You're more than just numbers you're a communicator, a strategist, and a trusted advisor.
