Properly train Junior Loan Officers. Assist in the preparation of departmental reports such as budgets, strategic plan, etc. Develop improved methods of operation that would enhance profitability, efficiency, business development, etc. Perform annual performance appraisals for staff. Make calls on accounts, prospects and COIs individually or jointly with Loan Officers or Senior Management. Set and manage achievement of team goals. Driver's license required.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Knowledge of credit underwriting, basic accounting and loan documentation. Strong leadership qualities. Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. High level of interpersonal and social skills needed to interact with customers and/or prospective clients. Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments. Good mathematical skills. Strong negotiating skills. Good administrative and credit skills. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five years related commercial loans experience. Bachelors Degree preferred. Ten years of related commercial loans experience preferred.
