The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, growing new business, and actively reaching out to potential customers. This role allows you to help customers achieve their financial goals while building a rewarding career. Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate new business by building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners while leveraging existing client relationships to identify new business opportunities
  • Confidently promote and sell bank products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Collect and review required documentation. Analyze credit, income, assets, and financial statements to determine eligibility
  • Drive the full loan process from initial consultation through closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience and follow up on outstanding conditions
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, solutions-driven approach
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to maximize results. Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma
  • 4 years of lending experience
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • NMLS Certification
  • Ability & willingness to travel between branches and to client sites Preferred Qualifications
  • Finance or accounting education
