BNC National Bank is seeking a Business Loan Administrator III for our Glendale, AZ branch (this is an on-site only position). The Business Loan Administrator supports the administration and servicing of the Bank's commercial loan portfolio by providing operations, administrative, and customer support to Business Banking Officers and commercial lending customers. This role is responsible for assisting with loan documentation, loan closing coordination, portfolio maintenance, exception tracking, collateral documentation, and ongoing loan servicing activities while ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The Business Loan Administrator III will support SBA and Workout Loan administration functions; including preparation of purchase, liquidation, wrap-up, charge-off, and reporting packages in compliance with SBA requirements. DOE, $65,000 - $95,000 annually, salary exempt Full-Time, Mon - Fri Provide excellent customer service by professionally responding to verbal and written communications with customers, accounting firms, participant banks, and other departments within BNC National Bank, as necessary. Prepare and maintain accurate loan files, documentation, databases, and electronic records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Process and maintain loan transactions, payments, payoffs, amount adjustments, and related operational activities in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Input and retrieve data on applicable software applications (e.g. Xperience and LoanVantage). Gather, review, and maintain due diligence documentation, including financial statements, credit reports, title work, appraisals, tax documentation, and other loan-related materials. Complete requests for information relating to file documentation and loan requirements, including lien searches, flood certifications, real estate appraisal engagement letters, and other file documentation as required. Coordinate with internal departments, borrowers, government agencies, attorneys, vendors, and other third parties to support loan servicing and administration activities. Assist in quality control review of existing loan files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance in preparation for internal & external audits. Assist the Business Banking Officers in the management of letter of credit files, including preparation of Letters of Credit and/or Amendments, calculation of fees, and preparation of monthly fee summaries for the customer and each participating bank. Complete Pre-Closing Reviews of loan closings that meet the specific requirements. Monitor delinquent and past-due accounts and assist with collection activities, borrower communications, and workout administration. Perform account reconciliations, exception tracking, covenant monitoring, and related account maintenance activities. Support SBA loan administration functions, including preparation of purchase, liquidation, wrap-up, charge-off, and reporting packages in compliance with SBA requirements. Maintain working knowledge of applicable banking regulations, credit policies, SBA procedures, and department systems. Collaborate with internal departments to support organizational objectives. Perform daily operational tasks accurately and within established timelines. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, or commercial loan administration. Knowledge of commercial and SBA lending practices, loan servicing processes, and banking operations. Knowledge of collections, workout administration, and delinquency management practices. Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and loan documentation. Understanding of loan documentation, due diligence requirements, and loan file maintenance standards. Ability to interpret financial statements, credit reports, appraisals, title work, and other loan-related documentation. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking-related software systems. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and regulations.
