- BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field preferred.
- Underwrite commercial loans under the SBA 7(a) Program. This involves collecting required documents, communicating with clients, evaluating credit worthiness, and underwriting loans.
- Perform other servicing and monitoring functions as directed by supervisor.
- Conduct site visits and on-site interviews.
- Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred).
- Annual salary starts at $50,000 for trainee.
- Incentive program available.
