BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field preferred.
Underwrite commercial loans under the SBA 7(a) Program. This involves collecting required documents, communicating with clients, evaluating credit worthiness, and underwriting loans.
Perform other servicing and monitoring functions as directed by supervisor.
Conduct site visits and on-site interviews.
Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines.
Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred).
Annual salary starts at $50,000 for trainee (commensurate with experience).
Incentive program available.
