Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Jr. Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of escrow procedures, financial services, and relevant regulations, contributing to the smooth execution of transactions. Duties Manage the complete escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate timely transactions. Review and interpret contracts and agreements. Perform basic math calculations related to escrow accounts and transaction details. Maintain organized records of transactions and correspondence using 10 key typing skills for data entry. Experience Proven experience in escrow management or a related field within financial services is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills is required for accurate transaction handling. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure precision in documentation and compliance. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction process. RBJ experience preferrable.
