This is a long-term contract position that involves supporting various aspects of banking and loan administration and mortgage lending processes. Responsibilities:

Process and manage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Handle cash-related tasks such as balancing cash drawers, processing deposits, and applying payments. Assist in mortgage processing, including closing and lending procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain detailed and organized records of loan and cash transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth loan administration operations. Monitor and verify cash balances to maintain financial accuracy. Support the preparation of loan documents and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure adherence to applicable standards. At least 1 year of experience in loan administration, banking, mortgage processing, or a related field. Proficiency in handling tasks such as cash balances, deposits, and applications. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Familiarity with mortgage lending and closing processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
