Position Summary We offer salary with commission with a strong following and commission only pay. We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee escrow transactions from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities:

Open, process, and close escrow files in strict accordance with company policies and DFPI regulations Review purchase agreements and escrow instructions for completeness and accuracy Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements and closing disclosures Coordinate seamlessly with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies Manage timelines and ensure all conditions of escrow are satisfied before closing Handle funds, disbursements, and wire transfers in compliance with industry standards and DFPI requirements Resolve issues proactively and communicate effectively throughout the transaction process Maintain organized, accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant ready to advance Strong knowledge of California escrow procedures and DFPI compliance regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple files efficiently in a dynamic environment Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office applications Active experience in a DFPI-licensed escrow environment
