Glendora, CA Full-Time | In-Person$72,000 - $96,000 per year (DOE) Job Overview Arc California Escrow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Escrow Co-Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our escrow department. This leadership role is responsible for managing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting team development, and maintaining a high level of service across all escrow transactions. The Escrow Manager will oversee staff, guide complex transactions, and ensure all escrow files meet DFPI compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Now nestled right at the heart of the foothill communities, we strive to provide exceptional and timely service to all of our Southern California clients. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee daily escrow operations and workflow management Lead, mentor, and support Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants Assign workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met Provide training, coaching, and development for team members Report performance updates and operational insights to ownership Escrow Oversight Review complex escrow transactions and resolve escalated issues Ensure accuracy and compliance across all escrow files Maintain consistency in procedures and internal standards Support high-level transactions including REO, probate, trust, and residential sales Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with DFPI regulations and company policies Maintain proper recordkeeping and secure handling of client funds and documents Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices Client & Partner Relations Maintain strong relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Ensure exceptional client service and communication standards Resolve escalated client concerns efficiently and professionally Qualifications 7+ years of escrow experience required 2+ years in an escrow leadership or management role preferred Strong knowledge of residential escrow transactions Experience using RBJ Escrow Software Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and DocuSign preferred Compensation Structure Salary + commission on every closed escrow you generate Commission on referral escrows after consecutive closings Long term opportunity to build a book of business Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time, 8-hour shifts In-person How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you would be a great fit for Arc CA Escrow.
