• 255,000+ annually (top performers exceed $250K+) Work in a professional, high-energy Irvine office (not remote) Training provided on all programs and advanced sales techniques Your Responsibilities Handle exclusive inbound calls and live transfer leads — no cold calls Provide loan consultations, pre-qualifications, and program guidance to borrowers Manage files from application to funding with our in-house teams Maintain compliance and accurate documentation Deliver excellent client service while building long-term relationships Requirements Minimum 3 years combined experience in loan sales, debt settlement, or mortgage origination OR strong, high-volume sales background (mortgage experience preferred) Active MLO license and NMLS registration preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals Must be available to work on-site in Irvine, CA (this is not a remote position) Compensation Competitive commission structure + performance bonuses Typical annual income: $80,000•$255,000+ Top earners take home $8,000•$22,000+ per month How to Apply Submit your résumé directly through Indeed.
