Position Overview:

Entry Level Mortgage This on‑site role focuses on income and asset validation , supporting underwriting decisions by analyzing borrower financial documentation and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities Analyze income and asset documentation using company guidelines, training, and tools Review and interpret tax returns and bank statements Perform income calculations and ensure accuracy Read, understand, and apply underwriting guidelines consistently Maintain organized documentation and detailed notes Utilize available resources to resolve questions and ensure compliance

Starting at $26.00/hour Ideal Experience Prior mortgage, financial or banking is a plus Familiarity with tax returns, bank statements, and income calculations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly, take good notes, and adapt to guidelines Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
