The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing real estate escrow transactions from opening to close, ensuring all files are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other parties throughout the escrow process. Single-Family, Multi-Family, Commercial Properties. Responsibilities:

Open, manage, and close escrow files in accordance with company procedures and state regulationsReview escrow instructions, purchase agreements, loan documents, and title reports for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title officers, and attorneys to resolve issues and ensure timely closingsPrepare and review settlement statements (HUD‑1 / Closing Disclosure)Manage escrow trust accounts, including receipt and disbursement of fundsEnsure compliance with RESPA, TRID, and state escrow regulationsObtain and clear all conditions required for closingAccurately calculate prorations, fees, taxes, and payoffsMaintain detailed file documentation and provide regular status updates to all partiesDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle
