This position includes handling loan documents and complying with the lender's instructions to close, balance, and disburse funds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Open escrow Order payoff demands, judgments, liens Handle abstract preliminary reports Prepare estimates, escrow instructions, and amendments Prepare loan documents for signing Prepare funding conditions Balance escrow files Set up recordings Disburse funds and close escrow files Process all incoming and outgoing mail Answer all phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly Interact with internal associates in Sales and Admin Support Divisions Occasionally interact with clients

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma (College degree preferred, but not required) 5+ years of Escrow experience is a MUST Intermediate math knowledge required Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Highly detail-oriented and organized Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, escrow software Ability to work independently without daily supervision Strong ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Must be highly motivated and driven - We are motivated to help you succeed.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
