The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy pipeline with accuracy and professionalism. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, agents, lenders, and internal partners. Responsibilities Escrow File Management — Open, process, and manage escrow files from start to finish with accuracy and timeliness. Document Preparation — Prepare, review, and distribute escrow instructions, amendments, settlement statements, and lender packages. Title & Lender Coordination — Communicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to obtain required documents and clear conditions. Funding & Balancing — Balance files, verify funding conditions, and ensure all disbursements are accurate prior to closing. Compliance Oversight — Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices. Client Communication — Provide clear, timely updates to all parties throughout the transaction. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of escrow processing experience in California. A Plus, strong working software. Proficiency with purchase, refinance, and resale transactions . Ability to manage multiple files with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
