Escrow Processor

Job DescriptionJob Description  Manage escrow files and transactions, including stepping in when the Escrow Officer is unavailable  Prepare escrow documents, recording packages, refund checks, and closing balances  Draft buyer and seller estimated closing statements with accurate prorations  Open and process new escrows, including deposits  Order demands, HOA documents, insurance, and title  Balance escrow accounts and disburse funds at closing  Prepare amendments, including complex revisions  Review and interpret buyer, seller, and lender instructions  Handle general processing: statements of information, title, loan signings, and policy follow-up  Work across resale, refinance, REO, foreclosure, and short sale transactions  Support marketing and business development efforts  Collaborate with the team and take on additional responsibilities as needed  Maintain high standards for client satisfaction, quality, and company values Company DescriptionMentorship and Guidance Our experienced mentors and leaders are dedicated to guiding you through your career journey.
