We work directly with the #1 team in the Downey Association, giving you direct access to quality referrals and ready to approve buyers! Our Mortgage company is looking for a Loan Officer to join and be part of our top-producing team and fast pace work environment. We are looking for driven, self-motivated professional eager to excel in the mortgage industry!

• A supportive and dynamic work environment to help you grow and excel. Mortgage Loan Originator Job duties and Responsibilities Collect and analyze financial information, such as credit reports, income documentation, and asset statements
• Ability to prequalify clients and Process loan applications/ obtain full 1003
• Make outbound calls to leads provided
• Use marketing material to effectively market our loan products
• Maintain appropriate records using CRM
• Able to multitask
• Build Pipeline of loans and obtain client referrals
• Excellence follow up skills
• Educate customers on different loan types
• Work alongside our real estate agents to gain their business and trust

Expectations:

• Must have experience
• NMLS licensed in CA required
• Available weekdays, evenings for appointments, whiling to work some weekends
• Professional and self motivated
• Familiar with fha, conventional loans
