Overview Escrow Assistant (Experienced) - Join Our Team We are a busy, fast-paced escrow office seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

Support escrow officers with residential resale transactions from opening to closing Prepare and review escrow documents and packages Order payoffs, HOA documents, and reports Coordinate with agents, lenders, title, and clients Handle file maintenance, timelines, and follow-ups Assist with closing and disbursement processes

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of escrow experience (required) Strong understanding of escrow procedures and timelines Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
