Qualifications Spanish Full Job Description Summary/Objective:
The Loan Coordinator's primary responsibility is to process and create all post funding payments, answer customer and lender inquiries. Assist any consumer's refinancing needs. This position is also responsible for assisting with administrative functions. a. Completes Customer Intros, calling each funded loan from previous day b. Collects 5-Star reviews, updates spreadsheet c. Point of contact for customer's post funding. Responds to Inquiries d. Status of loan application - warm transfer to LO or LO Manager. e. Transfer incoming calls to LO's as needed. f. Maintaining composure in escalated situations. g. Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust. h. Creative and analytical problem solving
