We work closely with our affiliated real estate partner, Coldwell Banker Envision , which is home to over 1,300 agents and is rapidly expanding throughout Southern California. This strong partnership fuels our continued growth and ensures a steady pipeline of business in a dynamic and fast-paced market. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Escrow Assistant to join our growing team and support a Senior Escrow Officer in delivering top-tier client service.
Position Summary:
The Escrow Assistant plays a key role in the success of the real estate transaction by providing centralized support to a Escrow Manager and Officers. This position ensures smooth and timely closings by managing escrow file tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing top-tier customer service to clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the escrow process.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Escrow Officer/Manager with day-to-day file management Open and process escrow files with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather necessary documentation Prepare escrow instructions and assist with document preparation Order title commitments, payoffs, and other required reports Follow up on outstanding items and proactively manage transaction timelines Maintain a high level of communication with all parties throughout the escrow process Ensure compliance with company policies, escrow procedures, and state regulations Assist with funding and post-closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate (escrow experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with escrow or title software
