Job Description

We are seeking a hybrid Loan Officer and Analyst, with compensation to align with experience and proficiency.
Lender Responsibilities:
Collect and review loan applications; Verify creditworthiness and financial information; Evaluate and approve/deny loan applications; Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies; Communicate with clients throughout the loan process; and Manage a portfolio of loans.
Analyst Responsibilities:
Communicate/coordinate with lenders during loan packaging; Underwrite and prepare loan requests; Communicate/coordinate with credit department throughout process; Production of reports. We are willing to lightly supplement training of a lender on the analyst side, or of an analyst on the lender side, but not both--candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in one or the other, and preferably both. Bachelor's degree in business or finance (or related field) preferred, and banking experience is required. Preferred candidate will have lending and analyst experience, and long-term career goals with this bank. Toward the upper end of compensation spectrum, must have proven track record of consistent net loan and deposit relationship production—$10MM annual net loan production preferred. Full spectrum lending, commercial and consumer, mortgages, portfolio and secondary market, commercial real estate, non-real estate, small business, etc.
