What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and community organizations Originate residential mortgage loans with a focus on first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income borrowers Build and manage a strong pipeline of mortgage business throughout Fairfield County Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the lending process Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate Maintain compliance with all lending regulations and internal policies Partner closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of mortgage lending experience preferred Proven track record of producing $10mm+ annually Strong business development and relationship-building skills Existing clientele and referral network within Fairfield County required Experience working with first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income borrowers is highly desired Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills What the
