Job Description
Residential Real Estate Paralegal /Closer / Escrow Officer - In Office Immediate opening for a Licensed full time real estate escrow officer. If you are hungry to be part of something special and to make a difference then this position is for you. This position requires the ability to work independently and provide superior customer service in a fast paced and demanding environment. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, reviewing commitments, legal descriptions, assisting with clearing title issues, disbursing files, keying wires, taxes, HOI, etc. Experience working with Realtors, lenders, and preparing CD's is a must. The majority of our business is purchase business. This is an "in office" position. National experience is a plus. Qualia experience is a plus. Salary and benefits are better than the industry average.
