We are committed to making the real estate closing process seamless, secure, and stress-free for our clients. Based in Fort Myers, FL. Our team delivers trusted expertise in title insurance and escrow services. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely closings. You will act as a central point of coordination between all parties involved, safeguarding funds and documents while delivering a high level of client service. Retirement Plan Monday-Friday Schedule Hands-on Training Responsibilities:
Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing and post-closing Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing disclosures, and settlement statements Ensure all closing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations Receive, manage, and disburse escrow funds in accordance with agreements and legal requirements Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers Resolve title and escrow issues prior to closing Maintain accurate and organized escrow files and records Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
Requirements:
Active Florida Escrow Officer License (not required, but good to have) Experience with Snapclose or SoftPro Software or any similar. Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar escrow/title role Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, title insurance, and real estate closings Familiarity with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
