We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are looking to build a career in real estate finance. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate investors, and referral partners Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and in-person meetings Originate a variety of loan products including construction loans, fix-and-flip financing, and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans Guide clients through the loan application process from initial contact to closing Analyze borrower financials and recommend appropriate loan solutions Stay current on market trends, loan products, and underwriting guidelines Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and manage pipeline

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus) 0-3 years of experience in sales, finance, real estate, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships from the ground up Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Strong organizational and time management skills

$38,000.00 - $48,500.00 per year
