Licensed Title Insurance Agent Escrow Officer (In-Office)

Leading Edge Title has been serving Central Florida since 1998 and operates multiple offices with a strong, established client base. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Title Agent / Escrow Officer to join our Daytona office, located within a high-producing RE/MAX office with a consistent pipeline of residential transactions. This is a full-time, in-office role for a closer who can take ownership of files from contract to close, balance CDs independently, and run a clean, professional closing table . You'll be supported by an in-house processor and post-closing team, allowing you to focus on closing. Responsibilities Manage files from contract to funding with minimal oversight Prepare and balance CDs and ALTA settlement statements Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Ensure files are clear to close and conduct closings professionally Maintain strong communication throughout the transaction Requirements Active Florida Title Agent License (required) 2+ years of Florida title closing experience Ability to prepare and balance CDs independently Experience managing 8-15 closings per month Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail What We Offer Consistent deal flow from an established RE/MAX office Structured, team-oriented environment with support staff in place Opportunity to grow within a stable, expanding company Schedule Monday

• 5:30 PM In-office (Brandon, FL) Compensation Base salary within the $60,000
• 80,000 range based on experience, plus additional production bonuses tied to file volume and performance.
