As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Escrow Officer to lead operations for a new joint venture in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys leadership, relationship building, and creating efficient processes while delivering an outstanding closing experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and accountability, and takes pride in building strong partnerships with clients, lenders, agents, and team members. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and relationship-focused, with the ability to lead by example and help grow a successful operation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily escrow and closing operations for the Tallahassee joint venture Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to funding Prepare, review, and oversee closing documents for accuracy and compliance Work closely with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth and timely transactions Manage escrow funds, incoming wires, balancing, and disbursements with precision Ensure all files meet company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients Assist in developing efficient workflows and operational processes to support growth Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive, collaborative culture Maintain exceptional communication and customer service throughout the transaction process Operate effectively within a paperless environment utilizing title and escrow software systems Qualifications Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Agent, or similar role within the title insurance industry Strong knowledge of Florida real estate closing procedures and escrow operations Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to lead operations while managing multiple transactions and deadlines Professional communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/escrow software platforms Florida Title Agent License preferred What We Offer Leadership opportunity within a growing joint venture operation Competitive compensation package Performance bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive, family-oriented culture Opportunity to grow professionally with an established and respected company Our Culture We believe great work happens when great people work together.
