Responsibilities:
Prepare bank finance and title documents Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents for the Finance department & Financial Institutions following review of the documents by the Finance Director Assist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork Verify accuracy of vehicle identification information on contracts Achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction strengthen processes Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in an administrative role 1+ year of customer service experience Previous automotive experience a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Come learn more about what we offer at the ever-growing Morgan Auto Group family of car dealerships.
