Lending Specialist II

Lending Specialist II Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Lending Specialist II to manage and process loans with minimal supervision.

Job Summary Shifts Available:

On site - Monday through Friday Pay range: $26-$28 Act as liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external customers from approval to deal closing Manage deal flow pipeline with relationship managers and leading interaction with internal stakeholders Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders Assis with the execution and process flow of the transaction including escalation issues Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking Ensure initial loan funding Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills Confident in ability to enforce policies, procedures Strong PC skills Highly proficient in all areas of customer service Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation 3-5 years of lending experience or loan process experience
