Job Description
This is a full-time in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave office in Tampa, Florida. This position will play a key role in assisting our underwriters with preparing and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Compensation:
$40,000 - $52,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Assisting underwriters in gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all loan files Preparing files for underwriting review Communicating with loan officers, processors, and other team members to resolve outstanding conditions Maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirementsQualifications:
