Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Processor / Paralegal to join our title team in Tampa, FL . This is a full-time, in-office position for someone confident in managing files, communicating with clients and lenders, and helping move transactions smoothly from start to close. The right candidate is comfortable handling the day-to-day flow of title files, jumping on calls to answer mortgage-related questions, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and keeping everything organized in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key as you will be jumping between title assistance and other administrative tasks, working directly with the CEO.

Compensation:
At Plan compensation pay range: $38,000 - $45,000Responsibilities:
Assist other title processors in opening and processing title/escrow files Order and review title searches, payoffs, HOA/condo estoppels, taxes, and lien info Clear title issues and prepare settlement statements Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers to gather required docs Prepare closing package and support the closer as needed Maintain organized, up-to-date file notesQualifications:
