Commercial & Agricultural Lender A highly respected, top-performing community bank in Central Iowa is seeking an experienced Commercial & Agricultural Lender to join its successful Business Banking team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-driven lender who enjoys business development, working closely with commercial and agricultural customers, and making a meaningful impact within the communities they serve. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing commercial and agricultural loan relationships, strong credit and analytical skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do Develop and maintain commercial and agricultural banking relationships Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships Analyze financial information and structure credit solutions that meet customer needs Manage and grow a high-quality loan portfolio Partner with customers as a trusted financial advisor Participate in community and business development activities Work closely with credit and leadership teams to ensure sound lending practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture, Accounting, or a related field preferred 15+ years of commercial and agricultural lending experience Strong business development and relationship management skills Solid understanding of credit analysis and loan structuring Previous credit analyst experience is beneficial Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Why Consider This Opportunity?
