Job Description

Primary Role:
Provide administrative assistance to loan officers and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
Obtains information related to the loan origination process including: ordering credit reports, appraisals, preliminary and final title reports, UCC searches , Secretary of State filings, insurance information, flood certificates, escrows and various other items. Completes clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing documents and scanning documents. Completes and retain all compliance-related documents especially as related to flood, RESPA, HMDA, TRID, Regulation B and Regulation Z. Prepare accurate loan closing documents for loan officers including but not limited to, consumer, commercial, residential real estate and commercial real estate documents. Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation including, verifying proper signatures, dates and other relevant data. Confers with loan officer to aid in resolving application problems. Communicates with outside firms, financial institution, loans officers and customers of financial institutions to assemble files properly. Assists other departments as needed during peak hours.
