Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Loan Administrator to support our lending team through loan documentation, funding, servicing, and portfolio administration. This role works closely with loan officers, credit analysts, title and escrow companies, and other banking professionals to ensure accurate and efficient loan processing. What You'll Do
- Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans
- Process loan funding, boarding, and servicing activities
- Manage loan payments, payoffs, advances, transfers, and portfolio maintenance
- Coordinate with title, escrow, insurance, and other third parties
- Process UCC filings, lien releases, and collateral documentation
- Support construction loan draws and participation remittances
- Perform quality control reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with audits, examinations, and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of loan documentation/servicing experience or 4-5 years of banking operations experience
- Strong understanding of lending terminology and loan structures
- Experience with commercial and consumer lending documentation
- Familiarity with loan compliance requirements and real estate closings
- Experience with LaserPro, FISERV Premier, Baker Hill NextGen, or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
