WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a organized and proactive Loan Modification Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Modification Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and executing mortgage loan modifications, partial claims, and deferments in accordance with investor, agency, and state-specific guidelines. This role will help facilitate sustainable retention solutions and support our commitment to excellent customer service.
In This Role, You Will:
Prepare, review, and process mortgage loan modification applications, partial claims, and deferments Ensure all documentation and submissions comply with investor, agency, and state-specific guidelines Work with legal counsel, title companies, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements Track and report on loan modification department pipeline Analyze financial information, payment processing, and transactions, to determine eligibility and appropriate modification options Other job duties as assigned Join our team and be part of a company dedicated to helping homeowners navigate financial challenges, improving the lives and strengthening Idaho communities. Requirements:
6+ months experience in residential real estate lending, residential loan processing, loan closing, loan servicing or a combination of education and experience in related fields Proven experience in mortgage loan modifications, loss mitigation, or related roles, preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
