MidAmerica National Bank, a locally owned financial institution in central Illinois, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Loan Department as a full-time Consumer Loan Administrator. Established in 1933, MidAmerica National Bank provides financial services to local communities through our branches located in Fulton, McDonough, and Marshall counties. We pride ourselves on making a positive impact on our customers and the communities we serve. We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Consumer Loan Administrator in Canton, IL. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting the consumer lending process by ensuring loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant. The position works closely with loan officers, customers, and internal teams to support loans from application through closing and ongoing portfolio management. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate consumer loan documents and files Track and follow up on required documentation to ensure timely processing Communicate with customers to gather information and resolve documentation issues Process loan payments, paid loan files, and closing documentation Support loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior administrative or loan-related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with business software applications MidAmerica National Bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
