Mortgage Loan Officer:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll play a crucial role in building business relationships and acquiring customers through networking efforts, leveraging your sales expertise to promote our products effectively. Your daily tasks will include analyzing applicants' needs, financial standings, credit profiles, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. Furthermore, you'll educate customers about the various loan types and credit options available, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions associated with our services. Serving as the primary point of contact, you'll address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers promptly. It's also essential to remain current with evolving laws and regulations governing the mortgage industry to maintain compliance and provide top-notch service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience 3+ years of banking experience Sales ability to market Bank products to customers Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and with others successfully Detail-oriented focus Ability to meet deadlines Problem-solving skills Ability to learn and use the Bank's core and software systems Organizational skills Time management skills Ability to make decisions Proficient in

Microsoft Office Work Schedule:

This position requires 40 hours each week with work typically being completed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Evenings and weekends may be necessary to fit customers' needs and/or complete work. Travel to meet with clients at their convenience and location will be necessary.
