DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Reviews funded loan package for completeness and accuracy; reconciles information against system input and comparing/confirming individual data fields. Accomplish all loan posting, loan maintenance, monthly reports & lending support activities on an accurate and timely basis Provide support activities for loan officers Participates in sales development activities Monitoring the lien perfection for vehicle and real estate loans Assisting with the insurance tracking for vehicle and real estate loans Filing debt protection claims Answers member inquiries concerning loan programs offered by the credit union and refer customer inquiry to appropriate lending officer to initiate the loan process Processing real estate tax/insurance escrow disbursements Demonstrate an
OUTSTANDING
level of member service skills and positive attitude
Skills and Requirements :
At least two years of similar or related experience Education - Associate degree preferred Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be detail oriented, organized and work efficiently in a fast paced, high production environment Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel) Strong multi-tasking skills Self-motivated Benefits of Working with

Competitive hourly wage ($17.00 - $19.00, based on experience) Friendly and supportive environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Flexible hours, working approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hours may be adjusted based on operational needs and mutual availability. Earned paid leave provided pursuant to Illinois' Paid Leave Act for All Workers Eligible to participate in the 401(k)-retirement plan with employer match after 6 months of employment and completion of 1,000 hours worked in a plan year, subject to plan terms.
