Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Specialist to join our dynamic title services team. In this vital role, you will work with the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all escrow activities. Your expertise will facilitate smooth loan closings along with other title responsibilities, support clients, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Duties Oversee the escrow process from initial agreement to closing, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, realtors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and transaction flow Prepare and review escrow documents to ensure clarity and compliance with federal regulations and underwriter guidelines. Ensure all transaction records are meticulously maintained for audit readiness and compliance purposes Qualifications Experience in escrow and title processing is helpful but not required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, lenders, realtors, and internal teams Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining rigorous compliance standards. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
